When an activity is created, it progresses through various stages on its way to publication in Collaboratory. As a proxy, it is important to know where your proxied activities are in the state of publishing so you can take action as necessary.
Proxies can quickly check the status of their proxied activities in 2 primary ways:
Via the activity roll bar
In the Invitations table
Activity Roll Bar
The activity role bar is located at the top of the activity view and indicates at what stage the activity is in the publication process.
As the activity progresses through the workflow states, the role bar will update to reflect the activity's changing status and actions members may take.

Invitations Table
Proxies may also view the status of their proxied activities within their invitations table.
To access the invitations table, click on, or hover over the dashboard icon in the top left navigation panel and select "Invitations".
From the invitations table, ensure you have selected "Outgoing" invitations. Adjust the status filter, as necessary, to view outgoing invitations that have been approved, are pending, etc.
Clicking on any activity will expand a sub-row which provides additional details about the activity and its current state. Selecting the bullseye will display that activity in a new browser window for quick review.
