Highlights

This release introduces dynamic enhancement to some of Collaboratory's Administration tables and brings some followup fixes to our location and geosearch features we released in May. Highlights include:

  • The ability to sort, filter, and search the Activities, Units, Members, and Programs/Initiatives tables in Administration

  • A new table sub-row feature that includes enhanced data visibility adn improved navigation, including insights into workflow adn activity status.

  • Transition of Internal Administration tables into React programming language.

  • Ongoing ADA compliance in our new Administration tables and geo-search


General Improvements (bug fixes and enhancements)

Activities

  • Fixed bug where virtual activities required a physical address.

  • Fixed bug where Administrators were incorrectly added as faculty/staff partners on activities they edit.

  • Fixed bug where city, county, and state do not auto-populate when zip code is entered.

  • Improved resubmit messaging for Administrators when activity is already pending.

  • Fixed a bug where the incorrect portal email was being pulled into the unit modeal contact message.

  • Fixed an activity view issue in a customer portal.

  • Fixed a bug where Activity collaborators could not vault an activity via the role bar.

Community Organizations

  • Fixed bug where organization form prompted "Are you sure you want to leave" message.

  • Fixed bug where organization form gets stuck when submitted with a virutal org and no org type.

Miscellaneous

  • Continued to address performance issues in larger portals.

  • Fixed broken default logos in Administration | External Content.

  • Updated Unit landing page to pull faculty/staff collaborators correctly.

  • Ensured faculty/staff primary position is visible on landing pages.

  • Fixed an incorrect success message when claiming proxied content.

  • Fixed bug where the keyword search deleted the space between words.

  • Updated snippet for supporting application.
