Collaboratory provides full data exports that can be combined with other institutional data sets for further analysis.
HEADS UP! Data exports are NOT intended to replace the insights generated directly through the reporting tiles. Exports serve a distinct purpose - providing data to a data scientist or analyst on your team who has experience with advanced data techniques and plans to combine Collaboratory data with other datasets.
Access Collaboratory's Export feature by selecting "Export" at the top of the filter menu.
Full data exports are offered as a series of flat, two-dimensional files that are linked by a primary ID:
Activities
Community Organizations
Courses
Profiles (Users)
Units
Once you initiate a data export you may navigate away from the page - an email will be sent when the file is ready for download.
