Faculty and Staff Insights Report

Individualized reporting for faculty and staff users

Updated over 4 months ago

When faculty and staff enter data into Collaboratory their data is displayed and accessible via a public-facing Institutional Profile and a faculty/staff report.

Data aggregated within the faculty/staff report is not shared publicly. It provides insights into trends across an individual's community engagement and public service activities so faculty and staff can quickly reflect on and communicate about their efforts in and with community.

TIP: The insights report can be leveraged in promotion and tenure conversations, employee reviews, and beyond!

Access Your Insights Report

  1. Once you have logged into Collaboratory, open the navigation panel on the left side

  2. Select "Dashboard"

  3. Within the dashboard drop-down, select "Insights".

Filter Your Report

Faculty and staff are able to filter their engagement data to see all their activities, only published activities, or only unpublished activities.
