  • When you have a question that is not answered by the articles, or when you run into difficulties, you can contact the Support team at support@cecollaboratory.com.  They respond within 48 hours.

Onboarding Webinars

Over the course of 10 weeks, your Administration Team will participate in a series of one-hour group and individual webinars designed to assist you to use the system and data. Lead by higher education community engagement experts, and Collaboratory early adopters, your team will become part of a cohort of institutions launching Collaboratory at the same time.

Peer Support

As part of on boarding, you are invited to join a community of practice designed for Collaboratory administrators. You will learn from the experiences of others implementing Collaboratory, contribute your ideas and best practices, and find answers to questions that may arise as you administer Collaboratory.
