Your institution's Collaboratory homepage is customizable, allowing Administrators to provide contact information and unique framing language that will be visible to both visitors and members at your institution.

To access your Collaboratory's settings, navigate to the Administration Panel.

  1. Select Settings in the header.
  2. The Profile tab of Settings allows Administrators to maintain contact information that will be publicly visible on your institution's Collaboratory homepage.  Click on any field to edit it, and click Save.
  3. Be sure to provide a Main Office Name and Main Office Email - these fields populate the contact information in the footer of every Collaboratory alert your faculty and staff will receive.
  4. This information will now be updated and visible on your institution's Collaboratory homepage.
