Administrators can view a list of all Activities in Collaboratory, regardless of their published status.

To manage your institution's Activities, navigate to the Administration Panel.

  1. Select Internal in the header, then select Activities from the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Select the Info button in the right-hand column of the table to see additional information and options for each Activity. Administrators can quickly view the Activity, or archive the Activity from the institution's public Collaboratory. 
  3. Administrators can also Feature Activities on their Collaboratory's homepage - select the Star on the Activity you wish to feature. Note that you will not be able to feature Activities that have not yet been published.
